Abstract
This paper intends to present an analysis of the
legislation of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Baguio. Specifically, it sought to
achieve the following objectives:
1.
To
denote the evaluation tools used in the monitoring and evaluation of
legislation of the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Baguio.
2.
To
present the challenges encountered in the Internal Rules of Procedures of the
Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Baguio; and
